After a semester away from KBC, Allison was hired on as Dean of Women in the Fall of 2018. In her time at KBC, she hopes to encourage students through joy, laughter, and cooking!
Michael Hallman – Assistant Dean of Men
After hearing of his dad’s cancer diagnosis in early 2017, Michael knew coming back to Kauai was the next step in his life. Following his graduation from Biola University, he came back to Kauai to make full use of his time. With a heart for ministry, God orchestrated the transition in serving at KBC with ideal timing. To love, disciple, and encourage the students in Christ has been his first and foremost desire. In all this, Michael attributes the great joy in his life to participating in the ministry at KBC and daily surrendering himself to the Lord in obedience.

She is now the Administrative Assistant, along with Rhianna, and feels called to be out here at KBC, discipling the students and raising up more men and women for Christ.
Rhianna Clawson- Administrative Assistant
After loving the two semesters at Kauai Bible College that Rhianna took as a student in 2014-2015, she moved back to her small hometown in British Columbia, Canada, and believed that that was the end of her adventures at the college. But after marrying Ben (whom she met at KBC), and moving out to Minnesota, they both realized the Lord was not done with their time there quite yet and, in fact, desired both of them to serve in ministry at the college. Rhianna loves the island life and the transforming work the Lord does in the hearts of the students semester by semester and she’s excited about serving and contributing to this amazing work of God.
